We stand by our work.

A draft will be prepared to show the Client how the completed Web site will look when Development is complete. The Design draft is approved by the Client before Development begins. As Development progresses, proofs and/or samples are made available to the Client for viewing / testing on part of the Visual Soda network.

For all Sites where the initial deposit is less than or equal to £500 : If within 30 days of completion you are not fully satisfied that we have completed the work as agreed and we are not able to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, Visual Soda will promptly refund money paid (less any previously agreed amounts already paid by Visual Soda to Third Parties e.g domain name registrations).

The work will remain the property of Visual Soda and subsequent use of it (including proofs and / or samples) by the Client is absolutely prohibited.

For Sites where the initial deposit is more than £500 : due to the complexity of such sites and the amount of work involved, the first 50% of the initial deposit is non-returnable and is thus NOT included in our money-back guarantee; however, this amount is considered to cover previously approved third-party expenses incurred by Visual Soda up to a limit of £100 (e.g. domain name registrations, stock images, hosting set-up fees etc.). If within 30 days of completion you are not fully satisfied that we have completed (or can complete) the work as agreed and we are not able to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, Visual Soda will promptly refund money paid in excess of the non-refundable portion of the deposit, less any previously agreed expenses in excess of £100.

Any design work completed by Visual Soda remains the property of Visual Soda (normally until full payment is received). Consequently, subsequent use by the Client of the unpaid component of our work (including proofs and / or samples) is strictly prohibited.
