A: Make contact! We're friendly and we'll speak to you in plain English. We'll chat with you about how a Web site could specifically benefit your business and then tell you exactly how to get started.

A: That's ok :o) We're not going to bombard you with technical language or Internet jargon. We'll guide you through the various basic features and options that are available to you and go from there.

Q: Who will I speak to when I call?

A: It won't be a sales person, and that's a promise. You'll speak directly to the person who will ultimately become your Web site developer, whose job it is to ensure that your Web site meets your individual requirements.

Q: Can I keep my existing e-mail address?

A: Absolutely. Any messages people send through your Web site can be forwarded to your exsisting e-mail address. That means you can have a yourdomain.com e-mail address without changing the system you already use to read & send e-mail and it'll look far more professional on your business cards and stationery than the address your ISP gave you when you signed up for Internet access.
